These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the North West Tractor Pulling Club Ltd (the organisation) and visitors to its events. When entering the location of the August Bank Holiday Tractor Pull you agree to the following terms and conditions. To make it a fun weekend for everyone, we adhere to the following rules. Furthermore, we wish you all an unforgettable weekend.
In the event of misconduct or violation of these terms and conditions, the organisation can refuse access or remove persons from the location of the event.
No dogs are allowed in the Pulling Arena.
There is no minimum age for our events, unless stated otherwise. Visitors must be able to identify themselves at all times with a valid ID. Visitors under the age of 12 are only admitted if accompanied by an adult.
No alcoholic beverages are served to persons under the age of 18.
Visitors can be searched before and during the event. Anyone who does not submit to this may be refused entry.
Smoking is legally NOT allowed in buildings and tents. This is only allowed in the open air. Visitors who do not comply with this will be addressed by our employees and risk being removed from the location of the event.
The organisation has a zero tolerance policy on drugs. If drugs are found on a visitor, they will be confiscated immediately and the organisation can decide to refuse the visitor access to the site or, if the visitor has already entered, to remove them from the site. In the case of possession of large amounts of drugs and/or suspicions/detection of dealing, the visitor will be handed over to the police.
Visitors who are in possession of a combi ticket for a multi-day event can of course enter on all days of the event in question.
Visitors are obliged to comply with regulations and/or instructions of the organisation and its employees.
Entering the place of the event and attending is entirely at the visitor’s own risk.
The organisation is not liable for any damage or injury to visitors and/or visitors’ goods.
It is prohibited to bring the following items to the place of the event: professional photos, film and other (sound and/or image) recording equipment, nitrous oxide, perfume, drugs, glassware, fireworks, (fire) weapons and other dangerous objects. When in possession of legally prohibited items such as fireworks or weapons, the visitor will be handed over to the police.
Camera surveillance may be present during the event for security reasons. If necessary (in the event of calamities or disturbances), the images will be made available to the police and/or judicial authorities.
During the event, recordings can be made by the organiser and its partners. Upon entry, all visitors tacitly give permission to the organisation to reproduce, publish and/or exploit these video images and photo recordings.
It is prohibited to resell tickets for events of the organiser to third parties, to offer them for sale or to offer or provide them for commercial purposes, without the prior consent of the organiser.
Any form of advertising before, during and after the event in and around the location is not permitted without the permission of the organisation.
Parking in the areas indicated by the organisation is at your own risk. The organisation is not responsible for any damage. Cars parked elsewhere may be towed away.
The Track and the Closed Pits are forbidden access for unauthorised persons.
It is not allowed to bring your own drinks to the competition area.
No alcoholic drinks can be brought into the viewing area.
Redistribution of drinks and/or food is not permitted without written permission from the organisation.
In situations not covered by these conditions, the organisation decides.
Camping Rules
Alcoholic drinks may be brought onto the campsite only, for personal use only.
No alcoholic drinks can be taken into the Pulling Arena.
Please do not bring glass bottles onto site.
Amplified music systems are not allowed. Only portable bluetooth speakers with a maximum power of 60 watts.
You may produce noise from 08:00 to 01:00. You will be warned once by security. This is followed by seizure of the sound source. You can pick this up after the weekend on presentation of your ID.
Open fires are prohibited, except for the use of a barbecue.
Motorised vehicles, with the exception of campers with a maximum length of 7 meters, are not allowed on the camping site.
Portable generators up to a maximum of 7.5 kVA (Silent Generators Only) are allowed on the campsite. However, the distance between the generator, the tent of your neighbours and your tent must be at least 3 meters.
Tents, caravans, folding trailers and campers are allowed. Any different accommodation is not allowed.
People under the age of 18 years must always be accompanied by an adult over 18.
