August Bank Holiday Campsite

You can camp at the August Bank Holiday Weekend Tractor Pull.  A campsite is set-up just outside the pulling arena. Here you can stay in a tent, caravan or motorhome. There are toilets and showers available. You have to buy campsite tickets to enter the campsite. People under the age of 18 years must always be accompanied by an adult over 18.

  • Campers
The camp-site for the August Bank Holiday Tractor Pull is split into two areas. 
Visitors pitching a tent for the weekend will be directed to the designated tent field. Vehicles are not permitted within the tent field; however, they may be brought close by temporarily while tents are being pitched. 
Once your tent has been set up, your vehicle must be moved to and parked in the designated campsite car park.
Those bringing a live in vehicle for the weekend, including caravans, motorhomes, campervans and roof tents, will be directed to their pitch on arrival.  For the safety of all campsite users, no vehicle movements are permitted within the camp site between 8:00pm and 6:00am. 
 
  • Opening Hours
The camp site is open from 12:00 noon on Friday until 12:00 noon on Monday.
The camp site office will be open for check-in during the following times:
 
•Friday: 12:00 noon – 8:00pm

•Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Check-in is not available outside of these hours.
The camp site is only accessible to those who have purchased a weekend camping ticket online. Visitors without a valid camping ticket will not be permitted to enter the camp site. Unauthorised camping is strictly prohibited.

 

  • Facilities

There are showers and toilets present on the August Bank Holiday Tractor Pulling campsite. There is no electricity available.

  • Trailers + Tents

Trucks and other vehicles are not allowed on the August Bank Holiday Tractor Pull campsite. Sleeping is only possible in tents, caravans, folding trailers and campers.

  • Food and Drink

You can bring food and drinks (NO GLASS BOTTLES) to the campsite for personal use only. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed into the pulling arena.

The security team can search your belongings and thereby confiscate prohibited items. It is not allowed for visitors under the age of 18 to buy and/or consume alcohol across the whole site.
