On-line Ticket Purchase – Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets purchased on-line are at a reduced price and are non-refundable.

2. Tickets are for the day they are purchased.

3. A Family Ticket allows entrance for 2 Adults and up to 2 Children

4. A Child Ticket is for a child 14 years or under on the day of the Event.

5. Entrance Tickets will not be posted , they must be collected in person at the ‘Pre-Paid’ Ticket office

6. A copy of your confirmation email, showing your details & reference number must be produced to collect your tickets.

7. If you have purchased tickets for both days you can collect all your tickets on the Saturday of the Event

8. If the Event is cancelled before the day , a full refund will be issued in the form of a cheque , issued to the person and address on the booking form. ( refund will not include booking fee )

9. If the Event is cancelled during the day (e.g. due to weather conditions ) a refund will only be issued if a minimum of 1 class has not been completed. ( If 1 class or more has been completed no refund will be issued )
